Progress is looking good man. Are you aware if the risks of cycling while your HPTA is still developing? What cycles did you run? I'd you use proper PCT? Have you had blood work done?

I think you've made good progress mate well done.....

Getting to 205lbs is easily achievable with the correct diet, training and rest, if you use aas again you need to give some thought to construction a solid cycle plan which would include hcg, an ai and pct.... I would also look at getting your blood work done before you start for reference......

    Great work....

Lunk lets not put him down lets pull together and steer him in the right direction, im sure all of us together can help guide him, if he's cycled and wants to cycle again we can help him with a safer plan.....

Matt...with much respect I believe he has had several days and 100's of posts worth of help from very knowledgable members. I understand that I can just move on, I just wanted to make sure other members were completely aware of the history before they spent tons of time like the other threads turned out.

I did not put the op down I simply suggested that members choosing to respond to the op make sure they are fully educated before engaging themselves in this thread.

Sorry if it came off as anymore than that...

Back looks good. Do you deadlift?

One other question, in your 150 lb pic you have very well developed forearms for someone that small. Do you attribute this to genetics or maybe a job on a farm or in construction or something wierd? I am currently trying to bring forearms up right now.
