Weight: just got up to 170lbs a month ago and am steady at this weight
Height 5'9
Cycle experience: Test400: @ 600mgs split twice a week, PCT was HCG 5000iu at 500iu twice a week and Clomid 100/75/75/75

I need help! My goal is to be 190lbs.
Here is what I am eating.
11am: Breakfast- 2/3 cup organic oat flour-40 grams dymatize 12hour protien- 2 large whole eggs and 1 table spoon peanut butter and one table spoon of almond butter.
2pm: 1 chicken breast cooked in olive oil, fruit smoothie with a cup of frozen fruit blended with juice.
6pm: Dinner- I eat in the work cafe and have a plate of food with a cup of vegi's and a cup of potaoes and a 8oz. of protien ( firsh, chicken, beef, pork, lamb) what ever looks the best.
9pm:can of sockeye salmon or tuna and 2 cups whole wheat pasta with a sauce.
1130pm: Pizza- 16 inch bbq chicken pizza.
12 am: dymatize 12hour protien shake then sleep.
that is a typical day... I do change it up a little bit. I take a quality multivitamin and fish oil always. I drink 8 glasses of water per day,
I have 10 grams creatine 50 grams dextrose and 28 grams whey isolate post workout.
I really need some advice and more meals to add into my diet.
