Hey guys I need some help. I'm 5'11" about 210lb, approx 11-13% body fat. I'm a triathlete but also compete in crossfit hence the high weight. I work out like a son of bitch usually 6 days a week usually twice a day (no I didn't just start this over night it took 3 years to get to this point of training consistency) my diet is pretty on point except my off day where I have a cheat meal. My question is this: I can't get a damn 6 pack! I've tried low carb diets, high protein you name it, I do see results I got a 4 and a "V" going but no 6. With all the endurance work outs I'm doing this I should be destroying fat but I'm not, would winstrol or clen be a better fit for me to just get over this hump? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
