okay so im planning my next cycle and diet plan for start of january and wanted to see what you guys think

3 cycles under belt (prop/var - enanthate/deca/var - prop/winny) all good gains but last cycle my diet was very clean so bulk mass wasnt as good as the rest
so here goes im planning on gaining about 15-20lbs and i know alot of that will be fat/water
cycle plan is:
test cypinate 800mg a week week 1-14
deca durabolin 600mg a week week 1-12
anavar 100mg a day week 6-14
arimidex .25mg eod week 1-14
PCT
clomid 100/100/50/50/50
nolvadex 40/40/20/20
may also blast some hcg first 2 weeks
Diet:
meal 1
100g raw oats
25g whey protein
2 whole eggs
2 egg whites
500ml skimmed milk
meal 2
100g white rice
200g chicken breast
red apple
PWO
50g protein powder (25g whey 25g milk protein)
banana
meal 3
100g white rice
slice wholewehat bread
table spoon PB
160g tuna fish
meal 4
100g oats
25g whey protein
4 egg whites
meal 5
100g white rice
200g chicken breast
4 heads brocoli
meal 6
200g cottage cheese
slice wholemeal bread
table spoon PB
will be eating every 2 hours 3 tops
good for bulking ?
