I have done ED for 8 week periods but it's a pain in the ass...
I'm currently going EOD which I have never done b4 and boy does it feel like a relief....
It depends what volumes your pinning also and how u can manage PIP from prop if that's what your running
I'm currently running 150mg of prop and tren ace eod, but I'm thinking of changing it to every day because I'm definitely feeling a high and low in the 48 hr period.
Every other day should be perfectly fine with 3 day esters, and you should not be feeling any peaks and valleys.
Having said that the more you pin the more stable your bloods are, no contest. But something like Suspension is every day, or twice a day, because there is no ester. You really have no choice with that one.

Unless it's suspension, I don't see a point to pinning ED.
i believe in pinning ace ed. i dont get sides when i do. it works for me and no its not in my head. i pin long esters eod and it makes a big difference as well.
im not sure how injecting ed is a pain? if you are using drugs then you have to eat a shit ton of food, cook all that food and go to the gym every day. Loading a barrel and shooting it is teh least of my heartache in a day.
pin every musle in yoru body. i use everything but calves and chest.
I will say that while it's not HOW I do it I will say that the Ace ester is better to be pinned ED but a prop ester is fine EOD my opinion
One cycle I tried to pin sust and deca everyday because I was reading all this stuff on how more stable blood levels is paramount and I was trying to eliminate acne, bloating, and water retension sides.....yea that did not go well, about 6 weeks in I felt worse than ever, absolutely no energy. A buddy of mine told me to stop pinning every day and I immediately felt better.
Ever since I've been scared to pin anything every day. Anyone experenced anything like this?
I've only ever done ed, so can't be opinionated on eod, but I will stick to ed, even though with certain compounds the pips are terrible and you really have to start searching for other sites. Never had a prob with ed

my trt doctor told me not to due chest injections because of teh way the pec muscle tissue is kind of different, and sometimes form more noduals that are the same but different then micro tearing scar tissue. plus he said if i got the urge to use black market gear and if it crashed that i would not enjoy the feeling of that in my chest. So wither he is trueful or informed enough or not ive always listened.
I love bi's , but i usually use them for my short esters so the pip can suck.

with ed , delts, bis, tri's outside quad top quad and lats do the trick nicely.
In every ones option which is easiest to pin besides quads, glutes, delts?

I think the only reason to do daily is if volume it too high EOD. I have been pinning daily for weeks now and it doesn't bother me much. I do like that I don't need to keep track of what days I do stuff. I pin and take my AI every day. Easy peasy. But I would prefer to do EOD.
Triceps and biceps are easiest. I like lats, but gave someone do them for me. I tend to point the needle too far inward, not straight towards my back.
I do biceps occasionally, but have never tried triceps or lats. I'm scart. Heh. Time to look for a video on how to do it. I can always use more locations.

Tried calf ONCE...NEVER again.
Tricep is easiest ever... I hold my arm out to 90 degrees with thumb up and hit it right underneath. Don't feel a thing.
For biceps I curl my arm so bicep is peaked, but not flexed. Hurts less this way for me versus arm straight
ED for me is best. Although EOD is gives a nice break. Easiest would be delts and lats for me.
I have done both ed and eod and can't tell any difference regarding sides etc. I pin only ed now but only due to injection volume.
And pecs are one of the easiest and painless places to pin. 1" 25g works fine.
Yea with those 100mg/ml short esters the cc's add up fast... about 25 cc's a week.
I did 21cc a week for 8 weeks earlier this year. Now I get my stuff in higher concentrations. 200mg/ml prop, and doesn't hurt that bad surprisingly. Im going to use test e, Tren e, mast e in the spring when I cut.
