Is this your first? You need to add an AI, hcg, and plan a PCT. Have gotten any blood work done?

Seriously...run it 12 weeks and up your dbol to 30-40mg per day (split it if ya like) I am a 4 week believer myself. ON and off quick for orals for me!

Like Lunk1 says, I run Test E for at least 12 weeks. I've done a 16 week cycle before. Was hard getting back to normal. I run dbol at 60mg/ed for 4 weeks. I don't think you need it longer than that. By 4 weeks you're going to retain so much water your cheeks will be puffy.

Austinite you are very funny do you remember talking to me at all like when I showed pics of my legs and found out the crap I bought was pure oil and I posted it on here I was basically shooting test-deca-dbol that was olive oil. I had posted all of this and you commented on it and you said for now on pm you with the lab and you will tell me if it's a good lab or not .. I got a good memory but for the record I did try deca dbol and test it was all olive oil except the test I think that was water just... Expensive olive oil and water though I tell you that.

20-30mg of dbol for your first time is good. No need to use anymore drugs than is necessary to get results.

If you want to use 400mg/week of test that will yeld good results as well.

12 weeks is better than 10.

What ai should I use???? With a plan.

I would use arimidex at .25mg every other day. You can adjust from there if needed. I have had good success with the arr liquidex.
Do you have a pct planned ?
