my mate wont listen

ok my mate has cycled a few times in the past n we are always talking bout it while we are working,, ive never cycled but im keen to in the future once i know im ready.. he is currently using test e 750mg a week, im asking him about what AI he is using and and his pct proticol. so he tells me that he use nolvadex on cycle if he gets itchy nipples and then he says that 14 days before (YES before) his last injections that he starts front loading nolvadex then continues it for 4 weeks... now i havnt cycled but im trying to tell him that novladex is not an AI its a SERM.. and clomid and nolvadex should be used together for PCT 14 days AFTER last injection.. and adex or stane should be used as AI's on cycle, he doesnt believe me and he doesnt believe that there are many other side effects other than itchy nipples that AI's combat.. please tell me that im a telling him the correct information?? as atm im starting to wonder if i have researched correctly? thanks in advance

Pct should commence 13 or 14 days after you last inj.

Nolvadex is a SERM not an AI. Nolva will only stop your body from producing excess estrogen, will not lower your total estrogen.

Adex or stane will lower your total estrogen circulating in your bloodstream.

AI will combat a range of other sides, including water retention, acne, puffy nipples, raised blood pressure and the list goes on.. it is not healthy for the male body to have high amounts of estrogen.
