water retention in face is makin me go crazy

i just cant figure out why the F my face carries so much water in the cheeks. I am on aromasin 12.5 ED

    Test E cycle 500mg

some days less water retention than other days. When I first started the cycle ,i started right off the bat with 12.5ed and my face was looking awesome. I was so excited at the body and facial leaning. Then I started feeling achy and went off for it for like 10 days and then the bloat has never went down since. I can say though, that my water intake some days vs others is not that great and I hvaent felt very rested through out the week recently. Can this be the reason?

I NEED to figure this out, and I pray that whne i go off cycle it returns to normal. thanks guys. i just feel old, tired lookin, just unattractive to me.

    ok 1st--you gotta stay consistent.
water intake should be as consistent as possible.
you went off for 10 days--how long since you been back on?
what is your diet like (sodium levels)

Hard to tell when you yo-yo the products like that somewhere between achy and bloated but you need to get at least a gallon of water a day.

Agree with above. If your AI is in check, more water less sodium is a good place to start.

thanks for the replies guys!! I have been back on the aromasin since the beginning of october. I do NO cardio, I walk around ALL day at work. I sit 15% of the day, the rest is walking, not just standing so i figure this is a lot of cardio although its not at a high heart rate obviously. Sodium intake is pretty good, water not so great. But I mean prior to the cycle i was pretty much doing the same thing and i was no where near this bloated. So is it the AI issue?

The way your mood seems it could be estrogen... You seem to be thinking deeply about stuff. I could be wrong. Good luck!

ok no cardio could be a potential problem.
water needs to be at 1.5 gals or better a day.
nothing at all has changed from prvs cycle to now you say?

describe lean/cut muscle but also water retaining --im lost on this concept.--you sould have more of a round--smooth--look not lean with cuts ?

def feelin like a woman right now LOL. I mean my body, like my chest and shoulders especially are very leaned up (can see the pec major and minor differentiation), but not the face! Should I up it to 25 or is that going to be overkill?

I guess i dont drink enough water, can this really cause that much of a difference??
