    What's a good N.O. mix to use?

    Right now i'm just using 3 grams of Arginine before a workout. What can I add to this to add a little more strength to my lifts?

    N.O. products never added anything to my lifts. They do however, give good pumps and temporary vascularity. If placebo does anything then great. But there is more benefit to having NO levels at 300+ other than gym-related.

    I use the following combination:

    L-Arginine
    L-Cysteine
    L-Lysine
    L-Carnitine

    I wasn't speaking directly of N.O.'s products... just the supplements that help with nitric oxide... I guess I should have been more specific.

    Ok. You can try looking for flavonoid and/or Cnidium.

    You could also eat more foods with high nitrate content. Try Leek, parsley, celery, lettuce and spinach.

    Cialis is a good NO booster and is healthy for you in many ways beyond the obvious reason. Just don't take arginine at the same time as it can relax the vessels to much and lower BP.

    MuscleTech Nanostim came up as the most promising looking N.O. booster in my research. Never tried it personally though

    yeah, I actually should probably be careful with that. My last visit to the docs it was 105/64 .... which is typical for me, lower BP runs in my family.

    5 grams a day. every day

    others feel a benefit of adding an additional 5 grams pre workout

    Agree. I love creatine but I have to drink tons if water with it or I cramp life a mother fvxker

    liver function is to high so Dr. said to cut the creatine. I know it's not supposed to make a difference on your actual numbers, but mine have gone down in the past when not using it.
