N.O. products never added anything to my lifts. They do however, give good pumps and temporary vascularity. If placebo does anything then great. But there is more benefit to having NO levels at 300+ other than gym-related.
I use the following combination:
L-Arginine
L-Cysteine
L-Lysine
L-Carnitine
Ok. You can try looking for flavonoid and/or Cnidium.
You could also eat more foods with high nitrate content. Try Leek, parsley, celery, lettuce and spinach.
Cialis is a good NO booster and is healthy for you in many ways beyond the obvious reason. Just don't take arginine at the same time as it can relax the vessels to much and lower BP.
MuscleTech Nanostim came up as the most promising looking N.O. booster in my research. Never tried it personally though
