you are way young to start using already test has to be the base of every cycle for one your pct is all messed up your 230 so i would suspect your body fat is high to high to even use winstrol and winstrol will kill your body i wouldn't even use it if i got it for free its that bad on your joints

    Diet cardio and hard work
Post your stats diet and training programme in the nutrition section
The guys over there will help you achieve your goal

As for a cycle I'd try a mountain bike
    Excellent cardio

18 Too young. DO NOT TOUCH TO AAS!

Get your diet and training in check. Once you did that if you really really want(because you won't need it) something more. clen may be a good add(BUT ONLY IF YOUR DIET IS GOOD) If you can handle the sides. Also with your diet/cardio gw-501516 could be good too. It wil HELP you losing fat It won't lose it for you.
Whatever you try do not try winstrol(or you gonna have a bad time), and inform yourself on what's the other compound...

good luck I'm sure you can reach what you want with a simple diet/cardio in check...

    Dude..
If you cant cut WITHOUT any chemical aids, you're not gonna do well with them either.
There is no "quick fix"!! how long did it take you to get overweight in the first place? How many years have you slowly been adding weight? It'll take time to loose that weight as well.

Dropping 1-2 lbs a week is a good goal to aim for, its safe and EASY to achieve.
Spend 1 day here, reading and understanding and I guarantee that one week later you'll have dropped the first pounds of many to come.
However, if you can't even be bothered to spend a couple of hours to learn how to loose weight properly, then you absolutely lack the dedication to loose weight in the first place, and you have ALREADY failed.

#1 Set up a realistic long term goal, using 1-2lbs weightloss per week
#2 Learn what TDEE is, and calculate yours. Then try to eat 500-1000kcal LESS then that every day!
#3 Start learning about nutrition, you dont have to become an expert overnight, but learn the very basics, then progress from there.
#4 The first week, while still learning as much as you can every day, make small adjustments. Exchange that soda for water, take your normal meal and cut it in HALF, make some chicken with brown rice instead of having that burger with fries. Don't eat that bag of crisps that you probably picked up while at the store, throw it away. Start exercising, if you get winded after 10minutes on a crosstrainer, that's fine! Do 10 minutes the first day, then the next day do 11 minutes, then 12, then 13. Keep pushing yourself in small increments. You don't climb a mountin in one leap, you do it one small step at a time.

I'm down 80lbs so far, and that didn't come easy. I did what you're doing now at first, trying to find some miracle way to counter my lousy ****ing eating habits, but that's not gonna do you any bloody good at all.

If your bathtub is overflowing, spilling water on the floor, you dont start emptying it with a cup to keep the water from overflowing, you turn of the damn tap!

Address the problem at its SOURCE, dont just fix the symptoms.
Your problem is bad eating habits, and the symptom is overweight. Break the habits and the symptoms will go away, this is a LIFETIME commitment.
Once you start eating good, it'll take about 4 months!! to really get into the habit of doing so. During these 4 months its really easy to fall back into OLD habits.

Ok, enough spoonfeeding, it's time for you to get off your ass and do something about this problem yourself.

    /Rant off, Maf out
