So start off by saying I am 31 years old and have been lifting for 3 years heavy. I have not done any cycles to date but am considering one.

17.7% BF
I do strong man not bodybuilding
Diet: 3000 cals a day 49%protein,27%fats,24%carbs
Not interested in getting cut up interested in building muscle

If I start a cycle of T400 200 cyp 100prop 100e, 1cc per week broken into 2 pins, how many weeks to see results. How many weeks should I run a first cycle? How many times a week at the most should I hit the gym? I currently go at least 4 times a week. Thanks for the input

Again I have not yet decided on doing this but this is what I was thinking, I am honestly not sure if I will even go through with it at this point.
