Im 31yr old 6'1 205lbs about 15%bf and im going to try my first cycle im going for test pro and deca my cycle is going for weeks 1-10 100mg deca weeks 2-11 250mg test is this enough or do I need more all help is greatly appreciate also have nolvadex on hand like I said I am a first timer so please be patient I am also doing my own reading but want to hear from experienced people again thank you and will appreciate and take into consideration all info

Your cycle is weak and so is your PCT. More research and a lot more reading bro.

It's not recommended that you run deca on first cycle, just run test only, first cycle is usually reported to be the best cycle, so make sure you make the most of it all around, that's by food, workout, discipline, sleep, and the right gear, have an AI (aromatise inhibitor, eg. Exemestane), nolvadex, and also have the PCT ready before you start the cycle (clomifene citrate + nolvadex).

Some choose to take the AI at week 2-4 until PCT (12.5mg ED if Exemestane), some take it from day one, along also it's common practice to take 2.5mg ED of nolvadex.

My body fat was determined threw an electronic wave machine at a nutrition shop dude is the one that gives me my diets according to how many calories my body burns at rest and all and you telling me its weak so I would appreciate what you would consider a better cycle if you can thank you and yes im still reading up on all this starting my cycle the beggining of next year not trying to rush into this be and im going to take it one step at a time thats why im asking ? You have lots of time to dial in a solid cycle, and dial in your diet which more important.
