here with another question..
This is for a buddy of mine who I'm kinda concerned about he's been working out and doin juice for a couple years, he was who I was originally gonna go too and ask about Gear and his recommendations.. I soon found out he has no idea what he's doin and he never researches.. I'd like to get some serious plans for him basically I asked him what he's doin he said he does Test prop 250 and Winny.. Obviously I'm very new too this and don't know shit so what should I tell this guy he should be doing to do this stuff right he's a good buddy and I think he just got bad info from another idiot..
What do you guys recommend for a guy like him..?? Hopefully a proven cycle..
