    Current plan for calories and macros

    Stats

    Age - 24
    Weight 182
    BF%10-12
    height- 5'11

    here is what I am going to be consuming post holidays. Goal is to get up to 190 lbs by the end of april. First off I know this needs work so if you feel ambitious rip this shit apart. Also 125 grams of my total protein intake will be from whey shakes. Terrible I know but I dont have a choice really with my schedule

    sorry I should also point out that the meals are not in order. I will usually go breakfast, lunch, snack, pre workout shake, pwo shake, dinner, night shake.

    If anyone can suggest any good alternatives to so many shakes I am all ears. maybe I should just up the amount of chicken breasts I eat. Financially the most osund thing for me to do is take in shakes though. I can buy 2kg bags of chicken breasts which have 7 servings per bag for $22. So if I up my chickean breast intake to 3 a day I will be buying about 13 bags of those a month totalling $286 in chicken breast alone. Seems pretty steep for one component of the grocery list but maybe I am just being cheap.

    182 lbs 12%bf puts ur maintenance closer to 2400cals

    20g fat per meal for 4 meals? doesnt sound great..

    hard to give much comment since u only posted cals and macros and not food choices.

    if ur hitting 360/360/80 macros ur total cals will be around 3600. unless u have a very fast metabolism ur more than likely gonna put on a fair amount of body fat IMO..

    I have all the calcs on an excell sheet but I find it impossible to copy and paste those on here without them being un-readable.

    I calculated my bmr at 2014 and my tdee to be 3120 and that is just based on the active multiplier not the very active multiplier. So then I just added 500 calories to that to get my goal for a lean bulk.

    Off that I split the calories into 40/40/20 macros and I ended up with the calories I have. I didnt post food choices because I knew if I did attention which shift away from calories and onto my food choices. I will leave the food for a different thread entirely.

    So 405 are you thinking I should just reduce total calories?
