    Newbie!

    Hi everyone,
I'm extremely new to all of this and was hoping to get your help.

So, overall I have a pretty petite body type.
Small hands, small feet, skinny wrists, etc. I'm not extremely proud of my body type, I must say.
19; 5' 9"; 140; not exactly sure about my BF%, but my diet is as healthy as a college student can get (salad bar, chicken breast, fish oil, low sodium, high carb days, etc.) I'm not entirely sure where to post this, so excuse me if this is not where this is supposed to go!

Obviously, I'm not looking to get massive here and it would probably be impossible even if I tried, but I was thinking, why not try to get lean muscle and go for the shredded look?
So I started pursuing this goal by going to the gym and working out... it kinda worked but I wasn't getting great results.
Last year, I decided the gym wasn't enough and I finished a dedicated cycle of p90x. With alterations in my nutritional intake, sleep schedule, lifestyle, and working out everyday, I felt GREAT and lost most of my unnecessary body fat (5 inches off my waist!). I was doing more reps of pull-ups, push-ups, curls, etc!
Now I'm sitting here in college and I'm struggling!
Admittedly, up until recently, I haven't been going to the gym as religiously as I used to when I did p90x.
I haven't gained fat necessarily, but I've lost a good amount of my muscle (lower reps compared to the end of p90x).
Even after I finished p90x, I found that I still didn't have the shredded look I was looking for. My arms and legs were acceptable by some means, but my torso... impossible to shed off the extra inch of fat.

I finally decided that the only way to get the goal was to take a little extra supplement.
At first, I was thinking clenbuterol, because it's (based on reviews from friends) a great fat burner and can most definitely help me get rid of the extra fat hiding my abs (going to be blunt and and say, that even though it's very stereotypical, yes it is a big goal of mine to actually have nice abs). But then I hear all of this talk about anti-anabolic and what not. And I concluded, what the ****. I have no idea what I am doing!

SO, maybe you guys can help me out? Perhaps suggest a cycle? Anything really. Help a newbie out!

    -B

Well im assuming you are trying to cut? You basically got to be at a calorie deficit to cut down while keeping the muscle required. to do this, you need to know your total daily calories and your diet must be on check. You can submit a diet plan of what you eat to the nutrition section where they will help you. it all start off nutrition, the gym is only a small part of it. You can find sites that will calculate your daily calories that your burn. When i usually cut, i try to avoid eating carbs towards the end of the day, i usually have them breakfast, pre/post workout.
