    Yal tell me if this would be stuiped or not..

    I'm bulking eating a lot of calories..getting plenty of carbs..I went from 191-204lbs in 6 weeks and I'm not juicen..so in getting just alil more fat on my stomach than I'd like and I'd say I'm about 16%bf....my question if I don't change my diet and workout would taking sumthen like oxyelite or hydroxy help my bf%?? Or is this just a stuiped thought..from what I know about it, it just gives you energy and kills you appetite..

    Do you know how many calories your taking in?

    Do you do any cardio?
    I havent used any of those products so i cant help you there.

    I take a fat burner while bulking & tbh i think it's helped me stay lean but i also morning cardio on an empty stomach. I'm currently 13% bodyfat.

    If your gaining more fat than you want tweek your diet brotha. Don't take a supplement

    Fasting cardio It does a body good!

    Well, not sure what you're eating. But just be careful where your carbs are coming from. I would avoid any carbs from sources such as lactose, dextrose, fructose or maltodextrin. Heavy up on cardio a bit and make sure you do not rotate cardio machines. Pick one and stick with it. ECA stack wouldnt hurt.

    Thanks for the input guys,I was taking in almost 6000 Aday now I'm taking in around 5000..I drank 4weight gainer franks a day mixed with olive oil and eggs that gets me too 2500calories..No I don't do any cardio I have had a high metabolism I can't hardly gain any weight unless it's alittle dirty.. Such as pizza along with my steake at lunch..when I first began lifting it was extremely hard too put any weight on, I havent done any cardio because I'm afraid I will cancel my bulk out..I really dont wona drop under 200 ever..I won't 210 then cut ten..that was the plan..I know I'm going too get alittle fat..and I know too loose in my stomach ive got too loose everywhere..maybe I just need too do alittle cardio watch my carbs and put it on a little slower? Like ive said I've never had this problem so it'd new too me..

    From your last post, I think you need some help with dieting.

    Weight gainers are honestly pretty much junk.

    I know what a lot of people thank about weight gainers "bad calories" and yea they ain't always greate but if your a hard gainer and or your tryn too take in 5000 calories or over and don't have time too eat all day I thank they serve the purpose..

    I disagree. Those shakes are fat gainers. If you don't have time to eat all day you're not trying hard enough.

    Your not a hard gainer or an ectomorph if you gained that much weight in such a small amount of time wether it was muscle or fat.

    Post up your entire days diet, the diet you are consuming now. We will help you get it sorted out and probably start saving you tons of money in the mean time because you won't be buying as many shakes
