    750mg Test E.........

    14 weeks of 750mg Test E while eating at your TDEE and training properly will yield what results exactly? I'm asking because the last few days I've been completely uninterested in food and have to struggle to hit 3500 calories...let alone 4k+++

    I'm currently 6'2 205 and 14-15% bf, 2.5 weeks into my cycle (Also taking 60mg dbol/day)

    At the start of my cycle I was 190 and around 12-13% bf....bf is measured with calipers and "verified" by randomly googling bf% pictures on google images.....yeah I know, but there isn't a bod pod in my area so I'm kinda SOL on real accurate data.

    I am a mesomorph (100%) and I had been doing a 53/32/15 split (uneven because of the meals...not planned that way). Recently though, I just cant eat food....well...I suppose I could eat tons of pizza...but when it comes to clean eating all I want to do is curl up in the fetal position and cry :P


    Anyway, what gains could I expect if I'm not eating a ton? Will I drop 3-4%bf? Still gain lean mass? I'm just looking for some answers before I decide to give up like a sissy, or to be like that one guy on here who gained about 45 pounds on a test only cycle by eating anything and everything in sight.

    You won't be making the most out of your cycle if you're not eating correctly or enough.

    Why not get some B12 injectables to increase your appetite?

    If you can't bring yourself to eat enough you shouldn't have ran a cycle

    Hang in there. Dbol will sometimes suppress your appetite. If you can maintain 3500 cals for the next wk and a half you'll be over the hurdle.

    And like Johnny suggested, B12 may increase your appetite in the meantime too.

    I don't know how to respond to this. I did it pretty effectively (Not nearly as clean but I was young so I guess it didn't matter as much) for four years prior to breaking my back. I wasn't big by this forums standards but I was 215 and you could see some definition on my abs. Then, after years and years of physical therapy/chiropractor visits/minor surgery I finally am able to lift again...so I started back and went from roughly 175-190 in 4 months eating clean and researching AAS etc.

    It's just these last few days that my appetite has died. Like literally it's just non-existent.

    Also, correct me if I'm wrong but not eating enough on cycle will yield superior gains than not eating enough off cycle, am I right? Though maximizing my gains is obviously important to me (not important enough for me to wait a while longer to cycle though) I would still have no issues with paying a few hundred dollars for superior gains.

    I'm really just looking for information on what my total gains will likely end up as if I choose to not force feed myself (I can get the calories down, I'll just be miserable and likely gag a bit....such is the price of greatness).

    If you're eating TDEE and doing Test E + Dbol you can expect to gain 20lbs to 25lbs the first 4 weeks. Then when you get off Dbol after 4 weeks you'll lose some weight, maybe 10lbs or so by the end of your cycle. Don't worry about gaining some bf. It's almost impossible to gain muscle without gaining fat. Just watch what you eat so you can keep your bf gain to a minimum. Eat often and eat clean and you'll make some good gains.

    Yeah, the B12 is a solid idea, I just need to get ahold of some.

    Thanks, this is the type of guidelines I was looking for. I'm not TOO worried about it because I am in this for the long haul...and a couple months after my PCT finishes I am starting a cutting cycle that would impress even zyzz...
