hello im new here im trying losing some body fat and was wondering which way is the best for nutrient timing when i want to lift in the morning then do 20 to 30 minutes of cardio after

how should i schedule my meals one before i lift and one after cardio or should i work out on empty stomach and eat after cardio im eating very low carb would like to take my carbs after workout and cardio

i train

mon chest and tri
tue back bi
thur legs and abs
fri shoulder

was gonna do cardio 5 days a week every time after i train plus 1 more day for an hour


im 6 275 lbs and am about 16% to 18% bf i would like to get to around 235 again
taking sus 250 mg and tren 300 mg per week

sorry im sure this is a stupid question but it been 5 years since i trained and figure their was probably some advancement made since then that i dont know
