How this cycle look??

Hi starting a cycle after xmas

500mg test e (2 x 250mg) monday thursday

Running Arimidex whilst on cycle. 0.5 every 2nd day

PCT is tamoxifen 40mg for 2 weeks, followed by 20mg for 2 weeks

How that sound?

I see that youre 25, but your remaining stats would be helpful in order to assist you properly. You may need to adjust your diet before you cycle if your BF is too high for example.

i wouldnt run arimidex its a nasty drug unless you need it dont use it IMO

How many weeks are u planning on pinning? Skip the dex and get some stane. Any Hcg in the picture?

I have used Adex for years with no problems.Must be a personal thing.

PCT looks week and why not run HCG during the cycle?

Adex is great! I run it at 1mg everyday simply because gyno is nothing to mess around with. I'd look into clomid and hcg for your pct. Make sure you have everything for your pct before you start.

hCG does not belong in PCT. On cycle for optimum results to prevent testicular atrophy.

It just depends on how long the cycle is. With shorter cycles there is no need for HCG but with longer ones, I'd definitely recommend it. I start during cycle and continue with it through pct.

I include hCG anytime im shutdown.

You dont require it during PCT if you've included it on cycle. I would rather have my testies producing testosterone all the time rather than allowing them to shut down and hoping i can reboot them at the end of my cycle.

Im going to be running a 10 week cycle... i cant get my hands on clomid only tamox. Also i cant get HCG.

been training for a few years
currently on a diet that allows .5-1lb gain per week(not on cycle yet)
never got bf measured... an educated guess would be 12-15%

Still a bit unsure as to my diet needs while on cycle though.... ive read 2g protein per pound body weight which is fine,

im a bit unsure as to fat and carb intake... ive read some places that some people are taking only for example 55g fat per day... this seems quite low to me

Also like what type of weight gain per week would tell me im eating enough???

I would not begin this cycle until you have everything on hand first, and that includes Clomid and hCG, and your diet is dialed in properly.

No such thing as cant unless youre in prison. And even then, there's a way.
