During my cycle of test e and Deca I hurt my right tricep muscle that connects to the shoulder straining myself on some dumbbell bench press... I was literally mid cycle... 5 weeks later it is still killing me when I do anything with the tricep... I've been taking ibuprofen and icy hot just to get through my workouts... Now that I am pct would it really be bad if I didn't lift upper body for a few weeks to let it heal???
