    what should i do

so im pretty physically active and want to be a gorilla juice head..... i took a test booster last year not realizing how important diet was i just ate and ate and ate semi good and saw great results in size and strength i was decently cut had abs but i wasnt ridiculously cut i got on un employment and couldnt afford to work out at a gym so i did insanity i got really skinny and looked sick i have been lifting for about four or five months all natural great diet ... a few weeks ago i contused my ribs when i fell about twenty feet off a house while working on an upper level deck i took a week and a half off and then started lifting again my bench has gone down im assuming its from my contusion because my ribs still hurt so what ever lifts hurt it i havent been pushing myself very hard until its all healed then i will hit it real hard again but my question is should i start some sort of gear and do a test e only cycle with the appropriate pct or should i stick with another test booster my ultimate goal is to gain size and lose body fat right now im about 215-220 with a 45'' chest 36'' waist and 16'' arms probably around 10- 14% bf since i have been bulking i would like to see my self at a 50'' chest and atleast 18'' arms just completely jacked and ripped i realize i probably wont make it to my goal measurments with one cycle and over night but what are recommendations for gear or legal test boosters? any diet and work out recommendations are welcome also

You really need to be completely healed and have some solid gym time happening before you consider adding anything. You could end up makimng matters worse if your body isn't 100%

Agree you should be 100% before you start a cycle.

The fact is that AAs can cause rapid growth and damgae to muscle and tendons that are not in condition to handle the growth...excersise some patience and get healed up...AAS isn't going anywhere and the world won't end this month!
