Hello everyone
I am 30 y.o. 70 kg 173 cm. Well, I am new to all these, but have been training for past 11 years on 'n' off and would love to bring more consistency to my workout sessions as well as bringing it up to a new level. I need a help from an expert or someone who is more experienced in this field. I have recently purchased 3xD-anabol and Deca -Test 123. I do my training 2-3 hours 3-4 times a week. Could you please give me an advice how to utilise them in best possible way (cycle ) with nutrition and intakes . I have previously posted under " New Male members" section but haven't received any replies yet
