havent heard of it. will chek it out,
looks similar to a keto type diet of which im not a fan. i didnt read all the way thru it also claims to get lean with no exercise. high saturated fat and no exercise doesnt sound like a good combo IMO. neither does 20% protein. just my opinion."Target 50-60% of calories from healthy fats (this is easy and tastes good), 20% from protein, and the rest from vegetables."
they do have a lot of ingredients listed i eat just not in the ratios they recommend. i also see no mention of a carb refeed.
they have listed some complex carbs but say to eat meat, fat, and veggies.
i havent tried a bunch of difft name brand (for lack of a better term) diets. the only one ive tried is ultimate diet 2.0 of which i had good success but it only could take me so far...
