Well here I am, after spending months reading all the posts here, I have decided to join in and share my goals with you all.
I'm male, almost 39 years old, 173cm's tall, 80kgs.
Been going to the Gym solid now for 6 weeks to trim up, spending 45 minutes performing Cardio and 40 minutes on weights.
Lost a lot of fat, but haven't seen any gains in muscle.

Looking to lose more fat over the next 3 weeks, then getting on some much needed help with supplements.
Looking at HGH for starters for a minimum of 3 months at 5iu's a day, yes very expensive and hard to find in Sydney, but I wont give up. Once I complete the 3 months on HGH, im planning to get on a cycle. But finding HGH is proving to be a mission and a half here, so lets see how things go.
