you may have some trouble sleeping because of all the caffeine in it, that's if your not used to it, and you train close to the end of the day..
might cause jitters for those who are stim sensitive, lack of sleep if taken too late, should cause an increase in how much you sweat
I've been taking Jack3d for a long time. It's actually started to wear off I don't get the jitters or anything like that anymore. Never had any adverse reactions to it. Start out w 1 scoop and slowly build up to 2.
The 1,3 in there is "linked" to a few things. Death in most cases. Just stay below 4 scoops and you'll be fine. But that 1,3 is also a vaso constricer. So good luck getting a pump off it, but it's the best for energy and focus.
