First post and first cycle, probably heard it all before, hahaha!
Anyways, my stats, 33, 5.7", 160lbs, 6%bf (as per DXA scan 2 weeks ago).
Been lifting for a few years, have my hands on 50ml (5 bottles) Test Prop.
Nolva for PCT, no AI, but then my friend at the gym reckons that 100mg eod (thats what im on) is unlikely to cause me any issues, he can sort this though if required, said it would probably just hinder my gains.
Anyway, I started last Monday so 9 days ago, my diet is spot on, approx 500cal over maintenance and clean eating, 300g protein daily, my weight has gone up by about 6lbs, but i'm guessing thats mostly water weight as my strength has just remained and my abs look kinda blurry. Oddly though, vascularity is still looking good with veins popping up in abdomen region.
No size or strength gains yet, but my forehead has been getting oily as hell and i've been feeling pretty irritable for the last week, i've read these are sides of test, what do you guys reckon? Libido is pretty similar to what it was really, possibly slightly improved, but could be placebo. Most noticeable thing is definitely greasy forehead, its not a good look!
Question is, should I be expecting strength/size gains round about now?
I monitor my lifts closely and have been for a while so I know exactly what I can lift so I'd notice changes straight away.
I've had a trawl around the forums and some people say 3-4 days, some people say 2-3 weeks before size and strength gains are noticable, massive difference there in opinions, I know that different people react differently, but 2 week difference is pretty significant.
Can anyone shed any light on this and give me a rough gauge as to timeframes and what I can expect?
