Question Pinning the vastus medialis "tear drop" muscle above the knee ??

    Curious about this spot.
I got fairly big teardrops and thought of it, but then i see thread here from 06 saying too much blood flow?
I HATE outer quad shots, thought this would be better?

Anyone pin gear here? and if so how much? I was thinking 0.5-1ml (prob 1ml)

    Thanks :-)

Never gone there, I hate pining my legs anywhere. Sounds like it would called the crippler as I wouldn't be able to walk afterward. Prefer biceps and triceps. Chest is good as is delts and lats.

Let us know how that goes............

Quads are my fav but I stay outer only...everywhere else is even more loaded with nerves and blood vessels..plus there is one on the inside if you hit it's no no no good. Cant remember the name.

I heard it was as painful as calves. But no, never tried it personally.

ha well i did outer quad first time in 2 years . will see how i am tomorrow lol.

    Thanks guys!
maybe its not as good as i thought it may be.
I haven't tried triceps, maybe I will try that, maybe even with a slin pin 1" (heard its doable, but never used em for aas)

guess there is a reason I coulden't find much on it. just looks like it would be an easy spot.

I pinned there 4 times.... Never again. The pain was terrible! It hurt to walk and bending the knee was outta the question. Moved to outer quad/glute/delt and never looked back.
