I am a 54 yr old SR Masters Natural Bodybuilder I Started this product Today 12/28/2012, with 6 mg of Boron and 2x 610 mg caps of Fenugreek seed and 50 mg of extra Grape seed extract along with PES Erase Pro and Bodytechs Hydrotherm diuretic to control water retention from ERASE Pro. I’ll re post my results in 4 weeks. if anyone is interested
