im guessing i need around 3000 a day
my lifts last around a hour and i do separate cardio session 3 days a week around 6 hours after i lift sessions last around 20-30min ususally walking on steep incline buring around 400 calories.
food at my disposal is
chicken, tuna, greek yogurt, nature valley protein, universal torrent, brown rice, and others. looking for sample diets. 3 main meals with 2-3 snacks. its hard for me to eat i have to force feed it.
