Normal Testosterone levels are somewhere between 300-1100. They should be on the higher Side if your 29. With that being said there are many factors that can cause low T. Best thing to do is get blood work and see where your at.

I had my blood test, all is good, no diabetes, normal calost level, normal BP, my test level is 21? How that fits in between 300-1100 ?

If you lab is printed under this measurement, the normal range is probably about 8 to 28. Some labs quote 10-30.
