yes i have made a thread like this in nutrition section but then i remembered my thread was about supplements and not food so here i am again
ok i m an ecto with only a little bit lower abs stomach fat(and puffy gyno will remove it later when i have money) i guess cant seem to get out my lower abs but i don't care about it right now because i want to gain size first ...
so i want you guys to suggest me the supplements for a 4 week bulk and then my cutting supplements please help me out .. i workout 3 times a week monday wednesday friday i workout entire upper body and thighs only
