    Night shift feeding

    So ive started my diet plan. Within the next few days i will be starting a block of 5 nights shifts. Starting at 23:00 until finish at 7:00

    I will be sleeping during the day waking up going to the gym fasted so is it ok for me to have breakfast after the gym and from there through until morning??

    Food is food my friend, as long as its clean and fits your macros you will be fine.

    So doesnt matter when i eat as long as i et my macros with that 24hour period

    Well proper nutrient timing for sure, trying to keep it to every two hours if possible. Which at work can be next to impossible

    you should know that if you are working out on an empty stomache you wont be able to put up as much weight as usual, its good to do fasted cardio in the morning but i wouldnt recommend fasted weight lifting, should have atleast oats before you hit the weights

    Not strictly true. Your body will soon get used to lifting in a fasted state and many people report increased energy, stamina and strength as soon as your body adapts. Even not eating for several hours after has no detrimental effect if you doing Intermittent Fasting.
