Diet Question - Timing ... PCT

What's up guys. First post on here, but been a member on other boards. I'm 28, and have done a few cycles of PH's, mostly halodrol and epistane clones. I always seem to gain fat in the stomach during PCT. I know you're supposed to up the cals. I work out at night after work, and eat dinner around 8-830, and in bed around 11. The meal following a workout should be the biggest, right? I don't think carbs that late is a good idea when trying to avoid abdominal fat, but I've read that you shouldn't consume a lot of fat after a workout. So what plan of action should I take here? Are good fats ok? (eggs, natty PB, evoo, etc)

EFAs are good!!! The dont eat carbs or fats here and there or after a certain time is a bogus myth which are passed on by uneducated people on the subject. You are what you eat, is not when you eat but what you eat that matters........

The PWO meal doesnt necessarily need to be the biggest, just needs to have enough complex carbs and protein so your body can begin the restoration process.

When asking diet question you need to post your stats, age, height, weight, bf %, and current diet and time of workout with diet showing macros so people can advice you better otherwise we are throwing general comments instead of directed to your issue.
