Ran 500mg per week last cycle. Jumped to 800+ this time, it did nothing more than the 500mg except give me more bacne and oily skin.

I got my diet dialed in, when bulking I am going to shoot for around 3800 cals eating clean. I'm going to force feed a little more next time around. The last 4 or 5 cycles have been 500mgs. My workouts are intense, I train with a former mr. California. Seems like I got up to 225, but I can't break the plateau regardless of training or nutrition. Gear is only one tool in our body building arsenal. I definitely know that. Nutrition and training are 90%. There has to be a reason people take such gnarly high dosages ew. We will see if it makes a difference on me, I would be super stoked to break past my plateau I have been stuck in. Thanks dudesOriginally Posted by Lunk1
