low is good but u need to know what it is so u can gauge ur maintenance cals as well as bulking and cutting cals..
I dont meassure the cals and macros
this is an inaccurate practice and it needs to change immediately! u dont wanna be guessing as to whether or not ur eating enuff cals or protein or carbs.. u want to know! with knowledge comes a somewhat predictable outcome!
I do 30 minutes cardio 3 days a week
this is good. depending on ur goals obviously
and train at the gym 4 days a week
