    Post New and needing help ??????

    So I'm going to give this a shot , I'm 27 years old about 6 foot tall 235 pounds, I'm fairly active and my diets balanced, I work on an oil rig so that's all the work out I need just looking for an edge , so what's the best way to start with Test 250 and deca 300, and what else should I be taking with what I got and what side affects should I be looking for ?? Any help or suggestions would be helpful thanks !

    I think you should start in the nutrition forum and post up everything that you ate yesterday and the times. Food is were you start friend.

    Welcome! I also work up north but you'll need som sort of workout regime on the side to gain. Test 250 is all you'll need for first run. Deca is a 19nor and won't be needed for a while. You'll also need a AI and HCG while on cycle and a proper PCT.

    Stick around and read the stickies, you'll learn tons.

    Test only. Look at our stickies, we have first cycles wrote out for everyone. Research and read. You should have your diet clean as well. Body fat %?

    Jim I totally agree with you I plan on changing my intake and cutting out trans-fats. Soar not to sure what an AI and HCG is ??? My body fats about 20 % I appreciate everybody's input so far I don't want to do anything stupid and get hurt :-/

    15% or less is a normal rule of thumb to cycle just for safety. Plus its pointless to have more muscle just to be covered in fat.

    Thanks everybody made my decision planning on not doing the cycle, going to work on a healthy diet first cut weight and see what I want to do after that, Is there any thing I can take to unlock my body's full potential I'm not small I have plenty of muscle just feels like I'm not using all I got ????? Again thanks you've all been very helpful.

    At least your listening. Most guys who come on here blow off a lot of advice given to them by the vets. Stick around and you will learn a lot

    20% is too high bro you shouldnt be worried about taking anything but good food slow and steady wins the race.
