Diet: Dont know what i will be doing yet, either cutting or bulking.

Weeks 1-12....test enanthate...500mg/week....250mg mon/thurs
Weeks 1-12 HCG 250ui mon/thurs
weeks 1-12 prami 0.25mg(Just before bed time)
weeks 1-12 adex 0.25mg every second day


14 Days after last injection

clomid 50/50/25/25
aromasin 50/25/25/25

take out the prami and aromasin, run the HCG and adex up until a few days before PCT

add nolva to PCT,

Why do you suggest to take out the prami and aomasin? Any advice is great. Thanks mate

prami isn't needed in this cycle, neither is aromasin in PCT

I'd try to get down to at least 10% so you can bulk comfortably. Starting a bulk at 14% is a bad idea and cutting on your first cycle would be a waste. Kronik has pct handled. You don't need prami with just test and you don't need aromasin during pct. Kroniks pct plan look good to go.

You have Adex in therefor that.

Technically you can use aromasin instead of adex for an AI. It is a whole lot better on lipids, but adex is the norm.

Prami controls prolactin. If you have your estrogen in check and don't naturally have an issue with prolactin, there's no need for it.

I personally like the side effects of prami though. I've never slept as well as I sleep on prami.

You CAN bulk whenever you want. Hell, you could bulk at 20% if you wanted. Bulking at 15% you will probably end up at 18-20% and look like a blob.

What's the point in cycling if you can't see the results? Unless of course you are a powerlifter actually competing..

Anastrozole (arimidex) and exemestane (aromasin) are BOTH aromatase inhibitors - read a bit more please so you understand the drugs you're talking.

Warmouth is correct, aromasin is more lipid friendly but takes slightly longer to build up in your system. Arimidex works much faster, has a longer half life, but is lipid unfriendly. Hopefully you can appreciate why this would be an important factor.

There is no reason to run prami in this cycle. Not sure why you feel it would be needed.

MI, I've been pondering this question for awhile and since the answer to it may also be of benefit to the OP, I won't feel as if I'm hijacking by going ahead and asking here....

Given that aromasin does take time to reach optimal serum levels, would it be a legitimate strategy to begin running aromasin at 12.5 mg EOD for 1-2 weeks prior to starting a cycle so as to give a "buffer zone" just before introducing Test? Almost everyone here who has used aromasin and posted their experiences almost invariably states that they have to eventually ratchet up the dose to 12.5mg ED to rein in E2. So I was just curious as to what your thoughts would be on the validity/effectiveness of a front load of aromasin immediately before kicking off a cycle. Thanks bro!

Have been reading more about my PCT

I read that aromasin lower estrogen whilst also raising test levels, so why would that be bad to run? :\
