Hey guys! Im planning my second cycle. My first, which ended about 9 months ago was a 15 week cycle of 500 mgs of test Enth per week. Simple and basic. Even on that low of a dose though i got itchy nips. The results from that cycle were about 25 pounds of muscle of which i successfully kept 18- 20 pounds.
As such, i was thinking of doing a cycle of 250 test and 400-600 EQ / week, again for 15 weeks, as i understand it is less of an aromitizing concern on the eq. I want to keep the test low to obtain slow, consistent lean gains and not have so high a conversion to estrogen. Im just not sure how far above normal levels 250 a week actually is.
My goals are to continue to add lean mass. I am NOT into having the huge, freaky, mutant physiques some of you guys have already achieved. I train and compete in BJJ and so i also have to do a lot of conditioning work to maintain endurance on the mats with new mass. If i can hold another 15-20 pounds of muscle i will, i think, be satisfied with my physique and then work to just stay lean.
Your thoughts on my planed cycle? Should i bump the test to 500?
