One thing I forgot to ask if what are your stats. Weight height age bf% cycle history
Bf of 8% ey. . . One cycle won't make a enormous difference, but it can. I got huge very fast and had people ask all the time of what was I on.

pct:clomid 50/50/50/50
5'8 195 @ 8%.... I'm gonna call bullshit. I have 10 years in the gym more than you do and I'm only 190 and that's with 15% BF. If I dropped to 8% I would be around 170 lbs tops and completely shredded. I don't care if you did 100 cycles.... at 5'8 hitting 180 @ 8% is huge. Do you have any idea what 15 lbs of lean muscle mass looks like? You're close to being an IFBB pro at those stats you posted. You may weigh 195 lbs but sure as hell not at 8%. 30% maybe.. even 25% if you have enormous legs.....

Dan68131 bro befour my first cycle I was 175 then after my cycle I was 195 after pct I dropped back at 185 and worked my way up back to 195 and maintained my weight now I'm not trying to argue with you your a senior and I respect you but bro

EXACTLY...... I'm at 15-18% in that pic (2 months ago) and right now I'm probably closer to 20-23% and weigh around 185-190 tops. People underestimate how much BF they are carrying not to mention water weight especially if they are cycling. What's interesting is that there is no response to the body fat claim challenge.....
In all reality... it is REALLY hard to be at 8% especially running Test Cyp because of the water retention involved from the cycle. Most people make the common mistake in thinking they "burn" fat cells. In the real world- you never lose a fat cell they only shrink. When running gear; some of those fat cells start holding water even if you are running diuretics. You cannot "lose" fat- you can only shrink it. In order to maintain 8%- you're body never had those fat cells to begin with. The only way to truly "lose" fat is to have surgery and have those fat cells cut out.

And I calculated my body fat on the Internet on this body fat calculator and it said I'm at 8% body fat it maybe could be false but no need to argue about it.
I'm not arguing with you, lol. I'm just sanity checking what you think is right. Do yourself a favor and go do a DXA body scan. That will tell you within 99% accuracy what your true fat levels are. You'll be surprised... I promise. In the mean time; if you ever hit a true 8% at 195... go enroll in some competitions.
