    to cycle or not

    Whats up bro's
    So l am debating wether or not to start 2nd cycle.
    Stats 30 yrs. 195 13.5% 1 cycle sust 12 wks
    Cycle would be test e, deca, armidex. Have clomid and nolva.
    I recently cut to current weight and feel like cutting a little more on cycle then adding some muscle last 6 wks or so of 12wk cycle. Is this something l should do or just cut natural until l get where i want then cycle for mass? My diet is great thanks to nutrition forum.

    Either way. 13.5 is a good place to either cut or bulk, but generally, the leaner you are the better when you start the bulk.

    Is it a good idea to try cutting first hal then bulking second?
    Havent seen much on that but this is the lowest weight lve been in some yrs and feel like lm loosing muscle due to being so strict on cals/carbs while still exercising hard.

    Either bulk or cut on cycle dont mix the 2.

    Bulk or cut depends on diet exercise gear caters to your diet
