How much hcg?

I have done a few cycles in my life but never used hcg. I know proper pct etc. I want to use it in my upcoming cycle. Is 500iu weekly a good dose?

Ill probably be running test mast and var btw.

Yes. Split into 250 IU's x 2 per week for 500 total.

Ok first off thank all of you. Should I run it starting a first pin or after a few weeks? I'm looking to run long esters btw.
