Training: 4 days weight training - 1-2 days jogging/cardio
g'day people,
i'm back for a little last minute advicenext week is the beginning of my cycle (test p only as it's my first cycle - @ 1.5ml eod for 10 weeks) I have pct, hcg and all ready to go.
I've written up 2 diets that i wasn't satisfied with and had gotten bad feedback from people, as im still new to cycling i wasn't too sure how much i should be eating. the goal is to put on some lean size but also lose as much fat as possible (what everyone wants!).
My TDEE is 2511cals. I'm going to plus that by 500 and just go with 3000cals a day. I can handle being away from carbs for days on end (used to UD2). But i can handle carbs too.
I have two questions..
1) Whats the best way to breakdown the macronutrients for a lean bulk cycle
50/30/20? 40/40/20?
2) On non training days i will be reducing my carb intake - how much of a reduction in calories/carbs is appropriate?
For training, i will be doing a 4 day split. Easiest way to explain will be to chart it:
MONDAY: Lower body
TUESDAY: Upper body
WEDNESDAY: Jogging
THURSDAY: Lower body
FRIDAY: Upper body
SATURDAY: Off / maybe cardio
SUNDAY: Off / maybe cardio
I've found my body responding well naturally to this routine, although im not as certain for on cycle. By upper i mean about 2 exercised per muscle group at 10 reps each.
