Welcome to the site. You're gonna need to eat and lift big. Spend time in the nutrition forum and read the stickies relevant to bulking please.

Why is he a troll? At 18 I was 6' and weighed about 145lbs!

He'll get plenty of diet help he just needs to be directed. You're post is very unhelpful.

Oh, and a bra is something a woman wears to support her breasts!!!!!!

Yea if you purchase a bottle you will get a 'free' bottle of legal steroid alternative supplements.

Your free bottle is free on your first purchase from the link you will have been given. They are legal supplements and not steroids.

Your best bet is to get your diet in order, no amount of supplementing will make up for poor diet and poor training regime.

I wish you the very best of luck

For some people it's about desperation not stupidity. Just because you may not have had a similar height/weight ratio when you were 18 doesn't mean others don't.

The whole quick fix Is what our society has created. We don't want to scare people off this site so they go ahead and do AAS anyway. We are here to help people and most of them need direction so we try and give it.

As I said, I know nothing about "aas" I didn't know that I shouldn't take it. I thought it just helps boost you while you eat and lift. I didn't come here to get a "quick fix" I want to work for my physique. I just thought "aas" would help. You could have been a little more mature with your advice however.

I was just as skinny as you at your age. Let me tell you, steroids are NOT magic pills that will fix your physique. I think you get that by now. I tell you what you can do right now in this very thread. Post us your entire diet along with times you eat and portion sizes. Then also post us your workout routine. Days you workout, what exercises you're doing, what you're targeting and number of reps and sets. If you want help to get big post this out, I promise you, you'll get a lot of feedback on what to do.

Also, what is your goal for the next 12 months? What is your goal for the next 6 months? This month? Write these out on paper, try to make them realistic. It might take some research on your part. Quantify it and you'll be able to start to make a strategy to achieve it. Things like these are what people who are successful do. You can apply this same technique to other parts of your life (school, work, etc). It works the same.

The kid is obviously lost as to what he should do. Just saying "lift heavy and eat 5000 calories" isn't going to be much help to him. He's going to need itemized help. I hope he takes a good hour and writes out what I told him to. We can definitely help him help himself if we know what he's doing.

im amazed as to how insightful, helpful and welcommy(yeah, i made that up, problem?) u guys are..
on my national board, this post would be full of nothing but flame and trashtalk...i have to admit, i did laugh a little reading the first couple of lines of this post. just because ive been there and know how it feels and how ignorant and uneducated on the subject one can be...I mean, my first thoughts were exactly the same as euroholic, "this is probably just a troll". damn, i suck, have i learnt nothing? :\
i should be more mature than that..

and reading OP's comments, he says he didnt know if he should or not, or how he should come forward, so he just simply took a leap of faith in hope someone would catch him and guide him to the right path...and oh my, did he fall into the right place...i know this whole thing sounds gay, but i just regained some faith for human kind(and im listening to explosions in the sky...how bad do you want it?)

OP, ur a lucky guy, who was smart coming to the right place. take every advice these guys give u, it will prove priceless.
    good luck young one

Not sure why ppl are surprised at the number of 18-20 yr old boys coming here wanting to cycle. Google "Steroids" and this site is right up there on top. It's a magnet for these boys wanting to get hyuuuge, bra.

Our goal is give the best advice around and that includes steering young men to the appropriate forum such as nutrition and lifting.
Society and media has created an atmosphere where young men find it necessary to fit a certain look and the peer pressure is intense. I remember being an 18 year old.

How many years you spent in the gym? At 18 probably not many.. at your age you can make great gains by training properly, and eating properly...I don't think anyone can stress that enough. Id love to be 18 again, living at home, eating all my moms food, and not giving a **** about anything except going to work then the gym..
Youre the perfect age man, get AAS out of your head because you really really don't need it.

I had close to the same stats. It is all about eating enough. Force feeding when you don't want to eat then eating more. Try to stay away fro the shakes and eat food. The nutrition section will help a lot. BTW I didn't do a cycle until my late 30's. And I still don't eat enough. It's not easy. But has to be done.

Alright boys, eat and lift. And eat more. I get it. What are some cheap foods that I can buy in big quantities and have quickly that will help me gain weight? My family is rolling in cash and some times my fridge is pretty bare.

You have lots of money but your fridge is bare?
    Cheap protein, egg whites,tuna,eggs,protein powder,chicken breast,pork tenderloin.
Oatmeal is going to be your best friend. Along with natural peanut butter.

Go post in the diet section if you are interested in help with eating

    What's your goal with aas?
you don't look like a guy who's been lifting alot.
One can gain alot with reading on basal metabolic rate, how many minutes of exercise your body screams for carbs and protein, how many sets and reps for quicker gain and so on.
I've said this for 4 years, but I like to say 5, diet is 50% of the training.
