I'm a 35-year old who joined this site in Oct. of last year. Been reading and lurking ever since. Been training for about 18 months. What a huge difference in my life it's made. I used to train (weights and martial arts) in my 20's and stopped for a while. Gained weight, got somewhat unhealthy; the usual.
Now I'm back and stronger, faster, better than ever but I'd also like to take it to the next level!
