How long for Shipping time from Thialand

I purchased 2 vials of T.E. from a site that has been on the web for years. I've checked thier site in the past and decided finally to try them. Ordered and funds were transfered Jan. 24th and items claimed to have been shipped the same day. I still have not received my goods. I contacted them and inquired about a tracking number which they did not have and basically told me if I do not get my shipment I'm just shit outta luck. On thier site they gaurantee delivery or they will replace it by sending them the letter from customs (which I've not gotten). I'm about out of my current vial and am starting to worry I will not have any available when this bottle is empty. The provider I'd been using I've gotten two bad bottles from, causing severe inflammation to my hip so bad I could not walk on my leg for a couple days. Thus my decision to switch. I hope I'm worrying for nothing and it will show up any day, but I am starting to loose hope.

Thanks for the replies. I did not want to discuss sources, I just wanted to know what to expect in terms of time in transit. My question has been answered, much appreciated. I would prefer local, but have no idea how to even start the search. And I will not ask here on the public forum for public display.
