    Blood squirt

Hey all, I know blood squirting happens here and there..... But I'm getting it every single
Injection. I take aim, I insert, I aspirate, i depress, I remove the pin and squirtsquirt!!! Every time!! Any glute shots just stream a huge drip but delts spray far.. Like 1-3 feet... I can see it spray and then it's done..lol I don't mind it but wondering what may be the cause... Any thoughts?

how much volume are you injecting?

    pinned muscle is relaxed?

wait a while before removing the pin?

    Only 1cc (350mg)

Pinned muscle is always chilled out as possible, sometimes I'll pin after working out like 2-4 hours.

After all is injected, I hold the pin down for 3-5 seconds and remove in a slow steady fashion...
    23gx1 pin FYI.

Remove it fast, not slow. I let it sit there for ten seconds or so before pulling out

Z track will help. Google it, basically you pull skin to side, pin and inject, remove pin, then release skin. It slides back over the injection site to somewhat seal it off.

I personally use a slight variation. With 2 fingers, i move the skin as well as stretch it. The stretching numbs the surface nerves, plus the added z-track effect.
