Workout: 4x/week (one day is a double workout with ice hockey)
I came on here a couple months ago and got some great advice. I changed my diet after all the info I received on here. I have noticed a great difference. I am on a lean bulk diet right now which is 2500 calories 250, 250, 50.
In early december I was 145 (I thought I was more but it turns out my scale was wrong) and I have gained 13 lbs since. I was looking at a goal of 165 and than cut from there. I was thinking of helping my cut when I reach that goal with winstrol. I was also thinking on just trying the cut diet and seeing how that goes. Anyway, any suggestions would be appreciated!
