How much sus 250 should i use weekly

    Hi All
I am new to this here's my little blurb I am 42 yrs young I weighed 70kg 2weeks ago before I started my course of sus 250 n dbol tabs I now weigh 74 kg n I can already see a little more size in my arms I'm wondering what sort of lifting I should be doing. Should I be concentrating on less reps with more weight or more reps using less weight ? How much sus can I do weekly at the moment I'm doing 2ml weekly n 3 tabs daily can I up the dose of sus ?

Wron place bro. Post this in the anabolic Q+A section. If you want fast responses you should do the following
    Age
    Weight
    Height
    Body fat%

so you started putting random anabolics in your body without knowing what they are, how much to take, no mention of PCT, how to train and probably nowhere near the right proper diet.

And for the record, your weight is indicative of your lack of base... this is such a bad idea.

No knowledge of to train or how to dose? Wow, this is going to be a disaster.
