My cialis crashed??? ...

I have cialis from ar-r and its been some cold night recently and their is a white (wet powder looking thing) at the bottom of the bottle...

If I shake it partially return in solution so I can drink it but it still a bit white in the seringue.

what can I do??

Mine is always like that, I've never seen any that wasn't.
