6 weeks of 30 mgs D-Bol and 12 of Test-E 500 aromasin 12.5 E3D

Cycle exp: First Cycle was Test-E for 10 weeks with Aromasin EOD 6.5 mgs
218 lbs
Goal: To gain more mass, then cut eventually.
Diet is very clean, my diet is as follows: i think its around 3000-3500 cals ( 2 cheat meals per week, nothing crazy though )
Meal 1: 1 cup oats, 1 cup water, 1 cup egg whites, 2 scoops of protein, half cup berries, peanut butter ( blended in a shake )
meal 2: 200g chicken, 150g rice, or potato
meal 3: PWO Shake, 3 scoops protein, 1 scoop of carbs, 1 scoop creatine, some fiber
meal 4: 200g chicken, 150g rice, or potato and 50g veg
meal 5: 200g chicken, 150g rice, or potato and 50g veg
meal 6 (before bed) 3 scoops protein, fish oil, peanut butter

What's your current cycle, and where you are now in that cycle?
I'd go off the results VS sides, then decide whether or not to up the dose.
If it works: leave it, no need to fix something that isnt broken
I took 40 mg ed for 5 weeks and it was plenty

Not really getting any sides other than minor back pumps...
I would typically only run dbol first 4 weeks to get a jump before the test kicks inm due to long ester it takes a few weeks hence why guys run it in beginning. Most usually run 40 to 50 which seems to be the sweet spot. I personally am not a fan of dbol but when I ran ot 40 was just fine. Pending on how far along you are is what I would basically decide off of whether to bump or not. I typically try to maintain an equal dose throughout cycles though to keep levels In check
I wouldnt go over 40. Just more sides for me beyond that.

Back pumps were a little rough today during my dead lifts... After a 5 min break they went away. Thank god..

You could stay where you are for the remaining 3 wks, or you could add 10mg depending on your gains or lack of. But as Austinite suggested, i wouldn't go above 40mg.
Are you taking any liver support? Liv52, UDCA..ect?
I currently have 10mg tabs of dbol, and tried 10-40 mg. 40 mg doesn't feel any different than 10, and I only take it pre workout, and I don't take it on leg days due to an insane lower back pump. More isn't always necessary

I took 30mg a day split every 3.5-4 hrs and it was good for me next time I will do 40mgs split 2x a day tho
